Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage stakeholder requirements for smooth project flows
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for IT and business projects
- Assist in defining and documenting requirements in requirements management
- Contribute to designing and optimizing information architecture and workflow management using tools like K2, webCon, or Nintex
- Participate in creating user-friendly UX/UI elements
- Prepare and maintain project and communication documents in German
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or Public Administration, have basic understanding of stakeholder management and quality assurance, and some hands-on experience in requirements management, information architecture, and workflow management. Fluency in German (at least C1) and good English skills are required. UX/UI experience is a plus.
