About the Role: IT Consulting Services Director at CGI

You will join a dynamic team within the Energy Utilities business sector. As an IT Consulting Services Director, you will participate in the development of one or more client accounts.

This position places commercial, commitment management, and human resources dimensions at the heart of its responsibilities.

Functions and Responsibilities

The role of IT Consulting Services Director revolves around the following activities:

Commercial:

• Elaboration and implementation of commercial development strategy (revenue between 2 and 8 million euros):
• Implementation of account plans
• Development of end-to-end offers
• Management of partner relationships (Editors and ESNs)
• Responsibility for commitments to clients and CGI

Management:

• Responsible for financial commitments:
• Budget elaboration
• Monitoring of key indicators: Turnover, Margin, Book to Bill, Work In Progress, Days Sales Outstanding

Human Resources:

• Management of a team of 15 collaborators (Operational and managers)
• Recruitment management
• Training plan management
• Salary review management

Required Qualities for Success

You should have a Bac +5 degree in computer science from an Engineering school with at least 8 years of experience in IT project steering and animation.

Your essential competencies include:

• Business development and strategic vision
• Delivery and operations management
• Team management and support
• Knowledge in Data, Cloud, and/or AI
• English language proficiency (B2)
