End to End Test Lead at CGI

This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week at a Client office, subject to change.

Position Summary

CGI is seeking an experienced End to End Test Lead to manage and oversee testing activities across complex technology portfolios. This position demands strong expertise in test strategy, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality delivery.

Future Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end test strategies for multiple applications and integrated systems.
• Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and release testing activities.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, and issues across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on test results to improve quality and reduce risk.
• Utilize tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and automation frameworks for test management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in testing.
• Mentor and guide junior testers and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams as needed.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Proven experience in end-to-end test management for large-scale, complex technology portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, defect reporting, and release testing.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM, JIRA, and automation tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies across multiple applications.
• Domain expertise in banking or financial systems is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance testing in financial services.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.

Compensation

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this End to End Test Lead role, which is $80,000–$130,000. This range is determined by factors such as skill set, geographic market, experience, training, licenses, and certifications. Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case.
