This DevOps SRE role is an L2 position, ideal for candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, based in Bangalore.

Job Description

As a DevOps SRE, you will be instrumental in deploying applications to an OpenShift environment, utilizing core DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and GitOps (ArgoCD). A very strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift environments are essential.

Your responsibilities will also encompass designing, implementing, and managing robust monitoring systems. Experience with prominent tools like Grafana and Prometheus is highly advantageous. You should possess solid system administration knowledge, particularly with Linux (a must-have) and a good grasp of Windows environments. Networking skills are crucial for troubleshooting connectivity issues and understanding Load Balancer configurations, including managing nodes within LB pools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure is a key requirement, alongside an understanding of storage systems like NAS. The role demands strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to swiftly diagnose and resolve complex application issues within highly intricate distributed integration environments. Familiarity with Proxy servers, Middleware systems, and Web services is also expected.
