Job Description
Position Summary
CGI is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer with expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent-based architectures. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week at the client office and focuses on designing and implementing intelligent solutions leveraging advanced AI frameworks and tools.
Your Future Duties and Responsibilities
- AI Development & Integration: Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain and other orchestration frameworks. Integrate LLM models such as Claude, Gemini, and GPT into enterprise workflows and applications. Develop scalable solutions for conversational AI, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Python Programming: Write efficient, maintainable, and production-ready Python code specifically for AI/ML applications. Implement robust APIs, data pipelines, and modular components for complex AI systems.
- Agent Architecture: Design and implement autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting seamlessly with external systems. Optimize agent workflows for superior performance and reliability.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely and collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions. Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for models, workflows, and integration processes.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python programming. Hands-on experience with LangChain and major LLM models (Claude, Gemini, GPT). Proven experience in successfully building and deploying AI agents.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and model fine-tuning. Understanding of leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployment. Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Preferred Certifications
- AWS AI/ML Certification or equivalent.
- Agile/Scrum certifications are considered a valuable asset.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role, which is $80,000–$130,000. This range considers factors such as skill set, geographic market, experience, training, and certifications.
