AI Solution Architect - Google Cloud Platform GCP

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role at CGI involves end-to-end AI architecture, close collaboration with both business and engineering teams, and ultimately owning the delivery of production-grade AI solutions.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

As an AI Solution Architect - Google Cloud Platform GCP, your key responsibilities will include:

• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures on GCP.
• Implement AI solutions using Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Generative AI services.
• Define MLOps pipelines and comprehensive deployment strategies.
• Guide teams on developing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AI solutions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to effectively convert complex business problems into viable AI use cases.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven ability in training and mentoring talent within AI/ML domains.
• Extensive hands-on AI/ML solution architecture experience.
• Proficiency with Vertex AI, including training, pipelines, and deployment.
• Strong command of Python and popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Demonstrated experience deploying models to production environments using services like Cloud Run or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

Good to have qualifications include:

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and APIs, across both cloud and on-premises setups.
• Relevant GCP certifications, such as Architect or ML Engineer.
