What will you do?

As a Director Consulting Expert (DCE) in Insurance at CGI, you will be responsible for guiding our insurance clients through their digital transformation journeys. You will bring the best of CGI's capabilities—Consulting, Projects, IP & Services—to our clients.

• Develop a vision for key themes within the insurance sector and their relation to IT solutions.
• Connect CGI's services to client needs, leveraging your network within the insurance market.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and showcasing CGI's expertise.
• Contribute to publications, whitepapers, and blogs, and represent CGI at industry events.
• Mentor consultants within the unit, guiding them on industry developments and client relationship management.
• Serve as a point of contact for CGI professionals developing their subject matter expertise.
• Be part of the unit's Leadership Team with opportunities for growth to Vice President Consulting Expert (VPCE).

What you bring:

• Native or near-native Dutch language proficiency.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills to inspire clients and colleagues.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset.
• A keen eye for developments within the insurance sector and a drive for innovation.
• A completed Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's (WO) degree.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with business and IT solutions in the insurance sector.
• Proven experience in developing concepts and propositions related to insurance and digitalization.
• Demonstrable leadership skills to lead business discussions with clients.
• A proven track record in building sustainable relationships with decision-makers, preferably in the insurance market.
• Residency in the Netherlands.

Where will you work?

You will join the Insurance & Pensions unit within CGI's Financial Services sector. This unit serves a diverse range of national and international clients facing challenges in modernizing their services and operations to meet consumer and regulatory expectations. CGI accelerates this transition by collaborating with leading companies on innovative strategies and solutions for the financial sector.
