About the Role

Join CFS Careers as a Technical Business Analyst, working within the Production Management Team of the flagship Edge platform. This role focuses on defining business goals, gathering requirements, assessing solutions, and continuous improvement to support financial freedom for customers.

Your Responsibilities

Scope Definition and Management: Define business goals, create business cases, and ensure that proposed changes deliver business value through cost-benefit analysis and benefits realisation. Engage in post-implementation review and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders.

Requirements Definition: Conduct stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and align current and future state processes with initiative objectives.

Solution Assessment: Identify root causes of problems, recommend viable solutions, facilitate interim workarounds, and support testing and design.

Requirements Management & Support: Assess impacts of changes, support risk and issue processes, and maintain technical support documentation while guiding problem analysis.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management: Mentor and coach fellow analysts, enhancing business analysis capabilities across the organization.

Your Capability and Experience

Experience in technology roles, technical business analysis, and/or production/application support in Wealth Management, Superannuation, or Financial Services. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, proven experience in iteration management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and robust analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must.
