Retail Sales Assistant and Billing Executive
Cessna Lifeline Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant and Billing Executive to join their team in Domlur. This role is crucial for managing billing operations, retail sales, and supporting pharmacy functions to ensure an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service.
- Assist customers with product information and the purchase of products and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the checkout system.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with doctors, lab, and reception teams.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets through gained knowledge.
About You
- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in retail or sales required.
- A positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Be computer literate; knowledge of the latest billing software is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills with an eye for accuracy and detail.
- Experience using a POS system and handling cash.
- Experience with Sales targets and KPI's.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift products up to 20kgs.
