About the Team
You will join a multidisciplinary team of over 15 professionals from diverse educational and professional backgrounds. The team collaborates daily, sharing insights to maintain a balance between technological feasibility, profitability, and user needs. Our work is driven by Design Thinking, Lean approaches, and Agile principles.
What You Will Do
As a Service Designer, you will:
- Guide the product team in acquiring insights through contextual analysis.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to map user needs and pain points.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative insights to define product characteristics.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and end users.
- Create Service Blueprints to map functionalities and support services.
- Design information architecture using UXD principles, scenarios, and user flows.
- Organize user tests to gather feedback on solutions.
Who You Are
You have 4-5 years of experience as a Service Designer, a strong grasp of Design Thinking and Service Design tools, and familiarity with Agile principles. You understand diverse client needs and can facilitate project development within multidisciplinary teams. You also have experience with complex information architectures and prototyping design, along with excellent proficiency in English.
