  • How to observe and document user behaviors, quotes, and problem points
  • How research findings translate into design requirements
  • How design teams collaborate across UX, UI, PM, and engineering
  • How multi-modal AI and automotive UX is developed in practice

Responsibilities (Support Tasks)

  • Helping categorize or tag user feedback
  • Observing synthesis workshops and contributing simple observations
  • Reviewing designs or prototypes and capturing initial reactions
  • Supporting documentation tasks in tools like Miro, Figma, or Excel

All activities will be supervised by a UX researcher or designer.

What You Will Need

  • Curiosity about UX, design, or human-computer interaction
  • Good communication and note-taking skills
  • Basic familiarity with digital products or mobile apps
  • Optional: familiarity with Figma, Miro, or Microsoft Office (not required)

No Prior Professional Experience Is Required.
