About the Internship
We are offering a short, hands-on learning opportunity for someone interested in gaining exposure to UX research within a professional product design team. This 1-week internship is designed to give candidates practical experience observing and supporting real UX research activities while learning from an experienced, multidisciplinary team.
The internship is educational in nature and intended for students or early-career individuals who want to explore UX as a potential career path.
What You Will Learn
During this week, the intern will gain insight into:
- How UX research supports product and interaction design decisions
- How to observe and document user behaviors, quotes, and problem points
- How research findings translate into design requirements
- How design teams collaborate across UX, UI, PM, and engineering
- How multi-modal AI and automotive UX is developed in practice
Responsibilities (Support Tasks)
The intern will support the research team with small, guided tasks, such as:
- Helping take structured notes during usability tests, design reviews, or stakeholder sessions
- Assisting with organizing insights, quotes, and user observations
- Supporting the preparation of test materials (e.g., screen lists, task descriptions)
- Helping categorize or tag user feedback
- Observing synthesis workshops and contributing simple observations
- Reviewing designs or prototypes and capturing initial reactions
- Supporting documentation tasks in tools like Miro, Figma, or Excel
All activities will be supervised by a UX researcher or designer.
What You Will Need
- Curiosity about UX, design, or human-computer interaction
- Good communication and note-taking skills
- Basic familiarity with digital products or mobile apps
- Optional: familiarity with Figma, Miro, or Microsoft Office (not required)
- A willingness to learn and engage in a fast-paced design environment
No Prior Professional Experience Is Required.
