Job Overview: Pharmacy Informatics Analyst
As a Pharmacy Informatics Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and integration of MEDITECH EHR systems within HCA healthcare organizations. This dynamic position involves extensive travel and collaboration with diverse teams to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption. You will receive comprehensive training and support to become proficient in MEDITECH functionality and provide essential at-the-elbow support during go-live phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to provide go-live support on-site for MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects.
- Participate actively in workflow decisions and comprehensive user trainings.
- Offer direct, at-the-elbow support during go-live phases, assisting users with system navigation and immediate troubleshooting.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Document issues and their resolutions in a clear, concise, and thorough manner.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on MEDITECH advancements and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Pharmacist status is required.
- Prior experience with EHR implementation support is essential.
- Availability to work night shifts as needed for project demands.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites nationwide.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
