Overview
Cerebral and Resilience Lab have joined forces to set a new standard in mental health care. This combined effort leverages Resilience Lab’s methodology and clinically-led training with Cerebral’s extensive reach, clinical network, and care capabilities to create integrated, accessible behavioral health care.
Role Description
As a Product Designer at Cerebral, you will focus on communicating our product offerings and driving new client engagement. Working across marketing and growth, you will strategically design, test, and optimize ideas to drive business forward. Your responsibilities include designing the marketing site, emails, user communications, and landing pages. You will closely collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams while reporting to the VP of Product in a fully remote setting.
Who You Are
- Experienced in designing high-quality user experiences.
- Skilled in presenting design process and research insights.
- Proficient in qualitative research and user testing.
- Experienced in running A/B tests and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Able to work in a fast paced, agile environment.
- Understanding of responsive design best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences from concept to prototype.
- Transform customer and business objectives into feasible products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate user testing and apply insights to improve designs.
- Design multivariate tests for marketing strategies.
Salary & Benefits
National base salary range is between $115,000 and $135,000 USD, with potential performance bonuses and equity/stock options.
