Summary of the Role

As a Bilingual English-Spanish Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, engaging with them through incoming and outgoing calls. Your daily activities will involve assisting potential clients in getting compensated for their personal injuries by qualifying their cases and addressing any questions they may have. This is a full-time virtual legal aide position supporting our Intake department, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, those outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

• Constantly review emails and chats for new leads, file setups, audits, or other requested needs.
• Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox.
• Answer all inbound calls from clients and leads with exceptional customer service skills.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Set up Filevine projects for new clients or utilize other requested tools.
• Register all comments, observations, and updates accurately.
• Review and identify new contracts to be registered into Filevine.
• Follow up on assigned leads, ensuring high-quality interactions, and manage old leads effectively.
• Address new potential clients, ask probing questions, and follow the process to complete sign-ins or escalate calls to a senior Intake Specialist.
• Complete the intake process for new clients before transferring them to the Pre-Litigation department.
• Send submission emails to the Pre-Litigation department to initiate new client cases (notification).
• Complete clinic referrals, considering the client's location.
• Participate actively in stand-up meetings, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings.
• Close contracts efficiently.

Requirements

• Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish).
• Proven sales background.
• Experience in personal injury law is a significant plus.
• Possess your own PC or Laptop (a wired connection to your modem is recommended).
• Headset with noise-canceling capabilities / dedicated quiet workspace.
• This is a remote position, and you will be responsible for your local taxes.
