About the Contract Manager Role

The Contract Manager at Century Communities ensures the accuracy and completeness of all contract-related documentation, coordinates timely contract execution, and manages communication with relevant parties to support a smooth closing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review contracts and associated documents, including deposits based on sales management approvals.
  • Submit contracts to the Senior Contract Manager for execution.
  • Review and verify deposits for earnest and option money, Stripe payments, and BBVA portal payments.
  • Follow up with sales agents to complete contract paperwork and checklists.
  • Coordinate and execute the contract process efficiently within required time frames.
  • Enter and confirm contract details in the NewStar and UDF fields.
  • Maintain organized, active job files on Shared Drive and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Provide daily email status updates on executed and outstanding contracts.
  • Track W9s from Realtor Agencies.
  • Monitor community-specific items like Condo Garage Assignments, Solar Lease Program, Metro District Disclosures, and HOA fee updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in evaluating problems and providing practical solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments and effective multi-tasking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and detail orientation.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a home builder environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred along with practical experience in administrative roles.

Compensation and Benefits
