For a growing consulting firm, we are looking for a top-tier Engineering Graduate (X, Mines, Ponts, Centrale, etc.) to create and lead a disruptive Business Unit focused on developing commercial activities through AI tools that you will build and deploy.

In close collaboration with General Management, as an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing custom AI solutions, industrializing them, and then deploying them internally within the future BU that you will lead.

This position is for a true entrepreneur, combining creativity, business sense, and pragmatism, capable of identifying opportunities and uniting teams around an ambitious project.

AI Tool Design and Development

  • Analyze internal workflows (reporting, validation, tracking) to identify efficiency gains.
  • Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for internal (HR, Sales, Operations) and external (industrial clients) use cases.
  • Develop AI agents (Copilot, GPT, specialized assistants) tailored to business needs, in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Prototype AI tools and validate their relevance with management before deployment.
  • Support teams in adopting the tools (training, resources).

Creation and Leadership of a Disruptive Business Unit

  • Work closely with general management to define the BU strategy: target clients, business models, product roadmap.
  • Identify business opportunities related to AI in the engineering, technical assistance, and recruitment sectors.
  • Lead the skill development of teams (recruitment, training, management) to ensure BU growth.
  • Support Sales teams in integrating AI tools into their daily activities (prospecting, negotiation, client follow-up).

Qualifications and Experience
