About the Directional Drill Operator Role

What You Will Do
You will safely operate heavy equipment to move earth, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Reporting to a seasoned Foreman, you will work as part of a crew to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, backhoe, trencher, and more
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and regular maintenance
- Maintain industry-required Operator Qualifications
- Assist with general labor as needed
Requirements
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver's License, and at least 1 year of experience operating equipment safely near workers and underground utilities.

Legal and Compliance
