About the Role

Centum Capital is building a Co-GP Marketplace MVP – a lightweight, high-impact portal to intake real estate sponsor deals, gate investor access behind NCNDA, route LOIs/MOUs via e-signature, schedule intro calls, and run investor communications using a lean, no-code stack.

We’re looking for a focused builder to own and deliver a minimum viable product, the first version of this platform. You will work directly with our internal implementation guide to bring a detailed spec to life using Airtable, Zapier, Dropbox Sign, and Calendly – no custom code required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the Airtable base with 6+ tables including Sponsors, Deals, Investors, LOIs, Brokers, and Activity Log.
  • Create clean, role-based Airtable Interface views for Investors, GPs, and Brokers.
  • Automate key flows between Airtable and Zapier for NCNDA signing, portal access, LOI routing, broker referrals, call scheduling (via Calendly), and activity logging.
  • Configure Dropbox Sign templates for NCNDA, LOI, and Broker Addendum and set up field mappings.
  • Automate data room creation via Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
  • Create branded email workflows using Gmail, Outlook, or optionally Mailchimp.
  • Follow legal and security protocols ensuring NCNDA gating and sanitized deck practices.

Tech Stack

Core: Airtable (data + interfaces), Zapier (automation), Dropbox Sign, Calendly

Optional / Phase 2: Google Drive, Mailchimp, Stripe, QuickBooks

Front-end: Airtable Interface (link-based access, no login). No-code only – no engineering required (yet)

We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience with Airtable Interface Designs and Automations.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-step Zapier Workflows including webhooks.
  • Comfort with Dropbox Sign/HelloSign template creation and merge fields.
  • Excellent documentation and process mapping skills.
  • Detail-oriented and security-conscious, proactive in flagging blockers.
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate; expected live within 1-2 weeks.
  • Familiarity with real estate, private equity, or capital raising workflows.
  • Experience building investor portals or deal rooms.
  • Understanding compliance regarding NCNDA, MOU, and broker agreements.
  • Knowledge in Mailchimp segmentation or campaign building is a plus.

Compensation & Application

This is a project-based or hourly role, commensurate with experience.
