Job Summary

The Business Operations Analyst is the central hub for coordination, process optimization, and operational support within the Workforce Solutions vertical. This role ensures smooth inter-department collaboration and drives efficiency for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Divisional Coordination & Operational Analysis: Liaise with sales, onboarding, operations, account management, and analytics teams. Manage ad hoc leadership requests while balancing priorities. Document processes, analyze workflows, and track issues.
  • Program & Client Support: Track open items, support client transitions, and handle program inquiries and escalations.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Develop and deliver accurate reporting for leadership and client meetings. Maintain records related to renewals and operational milestones.
  • PEO Master Plans Renewal Support: Update Master Plan Workbooks with renewal data and track new plan additions.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support: Reconcile acquired entity plans and assist with disruption analysis and coding reviews.
  • Agency Migration Support: Support data reviews and analyze opportunities to streamline agency migrations.

Compensation & Benefits

Nationwide base pay ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Total rewards may include variable compensation, commissions, annual bonus, health and wellbeing benefits, retirement programs, paid time off, and robust learning and development opportunities. Job-related expenses may be reimbursed, and employee perks and discounts are available.
