About the Role - Data Scientist – ML & Data Engineering
In this role, you will build advanced analytics workflows, robust data pipelines, and analytic use cases that drive actionable insights across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics to generate business insights.
- Partner with various business units to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Build, test, and maintain analytical models using Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Design and maintain advanced analytics workflows using platforms like Amazon Redshift and QuickSuite.
- Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and Data Science teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Python and its data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks or similar environments.
- Curiosity for leveraging new AI tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- BA/BS in a quantitative field; MSc or PhD preferred.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Amazon Redshift, Scrum, Jira, Jenkins, and DBT.
- Experience deploying data solutions and integrating analytics into business workflows.
