Specific Responsibilities Would Include
Drive Quality Assurance throughout the production lifecycle by embedding preventive quality measures, strengthening factory capability, and ensuring products meet customer requirements. Support Quality Control and inspection activities as part of an integrated quality management approach.
Upstream Quality Management & Process Control
- Incorporate production process control measures, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve problems to build quality upstream and prevent defects.
- Conduct risk assessments during PPM and line reviews with factory representatives.
- Continuously drive the factory to improve product quality and meet required standards.
- Provide regular training to vendor/factory teams to ensure understanding of customer requirements, quality standards, and to enhance their quality mindset.
- Update factories on new requirements as needed and conduct case‑study sharing to support continuous improvement.
- Follow up on Corrective Action Plan (CAP) implementation and evaluate outcomes.
Production Monitoring & Quality Governance
- Follow up on production status and T&A (WIP) regularly to identify potential risks and ensure readiness for QA activities.
- Collaborate and communicate with all related parties to address quality issues and work out solutions with factory partners.
- Monitor factory daily operations, including compliance-related issues.
- Oversee the performance of the factory’s internal quality control system, including sharp tool control and needle detection processes.
- Coordinate with sales for the QTY/Delivery/direct shipment order Booking issue on HFC/CPO/PO

- Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for garment / textile
- Up to date with the latest QA /QC and best practices
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel
