Summary
The Graphic Design Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team by creating visually engaging assets that align with CentralSquare’s brand and marketing goals. This role offers hands-on experience across a variety of design projects, including sales collateral, digital campaigns, social media, web assets, and event materials. By contributing to creative projects and collaborating cross-functionally, the intern will play a meaningful role in bringing the CentralSquare brand to life.
Responsibilities
- Update and refresh existing sales and marketing collateral to align with updated brand standards
- Design graphics for a variety of channels, including social media, website content, email campaigns, and tradeshows
- Support video creation projects, including basic video editing, motion graphics, or visual assets
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging
- Execute additional design and marketing-related tasks as assigned

Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited four-year college or university (Marketing or related field preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with in Adobe Cloud Creative (Canva is a Plus)
- Strong communication, organization, cross-collaboration and time-management skills
- Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
Summer Internship Program Details
The Graphic Design Marketing Intern position is part of the larger Summer Internship program at CentralSquare. The internship will commence on June 8th and continue for a period of 12 weeks. Interns are expected to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours each week. The program is fully remote, allowing participants to engage in their responsibilities from any location.
