The Opportunity: Associate Product Manager
The Associate Product Manager supports go-to-market execution across the product portfolio. This role focuses on translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions, creating enablement materials, and ensuring clear communication of product value to internal and external stakeholders, rather than owning specific products.
Responsibilities
- Support the product team across the portfolio by assisting with key product initiatives.
- Support product launches with communications, training materials, and release notes.
- Develop customer-facing content: executive presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and value propositions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Services.
- Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback to share with Product Managers.
- Prepare materials for Sales Kickoff, conferences, webinars, and customer events.
What You'll Bring to CentralSquare Technologies
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of government technology or the public sector is a plus.
