The Opportunity: AI Product Specialist
We are seeking an AI Product Specialist to optimize how our generative AI features solve critical customer problems. This pivotal role involves designing, testing, and refining the prompts and workflows that power CentralReach's AI capabilities, ensuring outputs are accurate, useful, and perfectly aligned with customer needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and refine prompts that power AI features across CentralReach products.
- Test AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and customer value.
- Identify and resolve issues with AI behavior, including failure modes and edge cases.
- Gather customer insights on workflow challenges and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Monitor AI performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Responsible AI teams on feature development.
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for AI features.
- Conduct systematic testing across diverse scenarios and high-risk situations.
- Maintain prompt libraries and best practices documentation.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs from a user perspective.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer empathy and understanding of user needs.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Basic understanding of software systems and APIs.
- Experience with generative AI platforms is preferred.
- Light scripting or automation experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows or regulated industries is preferred.
