Director of Product Marketing

Centivo is on a mission to bring affordable, high-quality healthcare to the millions who struggle to pay their healthcare bills. We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to play a key role in shaping our product marketing function and accelerating our enterprise growth efforts.

This is a highly strategic and visible role, partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Actuarial, and other marketing functions. You will be responsible for developing positioning and messaging, sales enablement content, product packaging and pricing, and product launch planning and execution.

We are looking for candidates with B2B2C product marketing experience, a deep understanding of the employer health benefits market (especially from the broker/consultants' perspective), and a passion for innovation in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Report to the Head of Product and lead the shaping of Centivo's product marketing function.
  • Customer Research & Persona Development: Develop a deep understanding of our audiences, their needs, goals, and challenges, translating these into actionable insights for marketing and product development.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop resonant value propositions that clearly articulate how our products and services solve audience challenges, highlighting differentiating features and benefits.
  • Competitive Landscape Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape and equip the National Account Sales team to effectively communicate our product's superior positioning.
  • Sales Enablement: Create National Account sales decks, product demos, and collateral (case studies, sell sheets) to enable Sales to communicate product value, close deals faster, and improve conversion rates.
  • Product Packaging & Pricing: Design product packages and pricing aligned to audiences, considering their needs and competitor pricing to accelerate deal closure and improve conversion rates.
  • Partner Marketing: Create co-marketing partnership opportunities that serve our audience.
  • Product Launch Planning & Execution: Manage product launch efforts in collaboration with Product and other marketing teams, defining launch strategies and plans for each product release/feature within the broader product narrative.
  • GTM Retrospectives: Design and deliver quarterly and annual GTM retrospectives using closed/won analysis, interviews, internal surveys, and demand gen program learnings.
  • Marketing Influence: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content and campaigns with messaging that resonates with our audiences.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in employer health benefits, with B2B product marketing experience and/or as a broker/consultant.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities across various sales and marketing mediums.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving growth results through strategic, data-driven insights, collaboration, and influence.
  • Well-versed in macro healthcare trends and their impact on the employer market.
  • A self-starter with a demonstrated track record in problem-solving, idea generation, and driving results in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments.
