Centific is seeking a Portuguese (Brazil) Natural Language Annotator to support AI Data Services through high-quality annotation of text and related data. This is a fixed-term role (8 months) with the possibility of extension, starting on May 4th.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliveries meet established KPIs, metrics, and quality standards.
• Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within assigned projects.
• Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager regarding assignments, project status, and priorities.
• Prioritize assigned projects effectively.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and address potential issues or improvements.
• Contribute to the success of the global AI Data Services team.
• Provide support to the global team and ensure adherence to company procedures, processes, and business goals.
• Assist in identifying gaps or areas for improvement in existing procedures and suggest solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Linguistic background: Translation, Philology, Linguistics, or similar.
• 1 year of experience in annotation projects.
• Technical curiosity and experience in diverse technical environments.
• Ability to detect and solve diverse issues.
• Advanced proficiency with text editors and spreadsheets (e.g., Word, LibreOffice, Excel).
• Organized, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in office environments.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
