Overview

At Center for Social Dynamics, part of the CSD University initiative, the ABA Program Supervisor is a Clinical Leader designed to provide evidence-based mental health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on home visits, parent education, program supervision, documentation, and team support.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards.
  • Conduct regular home visits for individualized parent education and program supervision.
  • Monitor session documentation and provide in-field feedback to Behavior Specialists.
  • Evaluate performance, address concerns, and collaborate with the training department.
  • Maintain progress notes, track billable hours, and update lesson plans.
  • Facilitate consistent scheduling, travel between service areas, and communication with HR and regional management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, childhood development, education, or related field.
  • Eligibility or enrollment in a master’s program (BCBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in behavior modification intervention or equivalent credentials.
  • Knowledge of ABA methodologies including ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT.
  • Ability to travel, with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Physical requirements include prolonged computer work, documentation, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
