About the Role: ABA Program Supervisor

We are seeking a Clinical Leader (ABA Program Supervisor) to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will design and supervise evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct regular home visits and supervise program implementation.
  • Provide individualized parent education and in-field feedback.
  • Monitor documentation, lesson plans, and session notes.
  • Collaborate with training and HR for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet billable hours goals.
