Position Purpose

This role leverages in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to deliver developed and ad hoc analysis, reporting, and process design. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Business Technical Analyst acts as the consultant for business systems/applications while analyzing processes to improve efficiency and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ad-hoc reports and conduct data analysis.
• Analyze operational procedures to identify and solve problems.
• Recommend technical alternative solutions to management.
• Create robust, multiuser real-time database solutions.
• Provide oversight, training, and technical expertise to staff.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required along with equivalent work experience in technical data analysis, system analysis, and project planning. Experience in SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle, and ASP/ASP.NET is required or preferred depending on departmental needs. A SAS Certification or a Master’s degree may be considered.

Experience Requirements

• 4+ years of programming experience with relevant technologies.
• 3+ years of related business analysis experience.
• Preferred experience in Healthcare and ASP/ASP.NET.
