About The Role
The Executive Assistant role supports the senior leadership team by managing administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This role involves handling confidential information, coordinating complex schedules, and facilitating cross-departmental communications. The position offers remote work flexibility within the continental United States.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
- 2+ years supporting senior executives preferred
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Responsibilities
- Communicate and interpret administrative policies for operational efficiency
- Prepare, coordinate, and maintain records, reports, and statistics
- Organize board meetings, events, and conferences logistics
- Manage complex correspondence and office communications
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive materials
- Coordinate executives' schedules and travel arrangements
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall office efficiency
