Data Analyst III

Overview

Centene Corporation is transforming community health for 28 million members. As a Data Analyst III at Centene Corporation, you will be responsible for addressing the analytic data needs for the business unit by handling complex data projects and leading other Data Analysts.

Position Purpose

This role provides advanced analytical support for business operations in areas including claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting. You will extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple systems and ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large volumes of data.
• Review operational impacts and elevate issues for management.
• Develop reports and deliverables using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and analytical tools.
• Conduct data quality audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Assist with mentoring and training other Data Analysts.

Technical Requirements

Proficiency with SQL, SSIS, Snowflake, and Power BI is highly preferred. Candidates must have 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Work Schedule & Benefits
