Overview

As a Compliance Analyst - Medicare Claims, you will assist in maintaining the company’s Compliance Program, guide special projects, provide regulatory interpretation, conduct compliance reporting, and develop auditing and monitoring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining Centene Corporation's Compliance Program.
- Guide special projects and provide regulatory interpretation.
- Perform compliance reporting, audits, risk assessments, and monitoring.
- Maintain databases and reference materials for regulatory issues.
- Communicate state and federal requirements to clients.
- Develop compliance training programs and policies.
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and resolve policy issues.
- Plan and coordinate Compliance Committee policy implementation.
- Respond to external requests and inquiries from regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s or Juris Doctorate preferred. Minimum 1+ years experience in compliance, privacy or regulatory affairs is needed. Knowledge in HIPAA, state regulations and Medicare claims (Medical Claims Part C and Provider Network) is highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range is $55,100 - $99,000 per year. Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, field or office).
