Purpose of the Role
At CENTEGIX, our products empower and protect people every day. Behind those outcomes are products that ensure customers can be onboarded, configured, and supported.
We are seeking a Product Manager, Post Purchase Experience, who is passionate about building internal-facing products that power critical customer journeys. In this role, you will own the products that support customers from purchase through successful use, defining the roadmap for onboarding, implementation, and post-purchase systems used across our organization.
You will lead product discovery and decision-making, represent customer and operator needs, and partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to build scalable, intuitive software solutions that accelerate time-to-value for both customers and internal teams.
Position Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for customer onboarding and implementation software platforms, focusing on scalability, consistency, and time-to-launch.
- Lead product discovery with internal users and stakeholders, synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify high-impact product opportunities.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria for software systems and workflows.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to break down complex configuration and deployment needs into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Define and track product success metrics, using insights to guide iteration and continuous improvement.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new capabilities, ensuring solutions are usable, reliable, and scalable in real-world environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling software products.
- Experience owning products that support complex user journeys, such as, implementation or post-purchase workflows.
- Familiarity with products that integrate software and physical systems is a plus, with the ability to reason through technical and operational constraints.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Product Design to deliver high-quality, user-centered software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and outcomes.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and imperfect information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate product strategy and tradeoffs.
- A data-informed approach to roadmap planning, prioritization, and iteration.
- Travel is not a core requirement for this role, though occasional travel may be needed for internal meetings or industry events.
What’s in it for you?
- Remote first work environment; we offer workplace flexibility
- Participation in company wide discretionary bonus
- Fifteen days of PTO plus twelve company holidays
- Three days of paid Sick Leave and one floating holiday
- Monthly device(s) reimbursement
- Up to $2500/year reimbursement for eligible education expenses
- We offer a range of Healthcare plans to meet your needs (medical, dental, vision)
- 401(k) Plan with 4% employer contribution to help you plan for the future
