Job Description
About the Role
The eLearning Specialist at Cennox is responsible for the coordination, planning, and overall facilitation of the LMS Platform, playing a crucial role in the company's training initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assign online training courses to groups and individuals.
- Manage individual learning paths within the LMS.
- Enroll and delete users within the LMS platform.
- Work with all departments to create and administer courses tailored to departmental needs.
- Create and distribute PDF and interactive training content.
- Assist Training Manager with capturing and documenting knowledge from Legacy companies.
- Assist with database and content management for the Technician Support Portal and Training Matrix.
- Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed by the Training Manager or Director.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience utilizing any eLearning platform.
- Excellent attention to detail, being thorough in completing tasks, and ability to detect problems and report information accordingly.
- Good written communication as appropriate for the needs of the audience, including reading comprehension to read and interpret documents.
- Computer proficiency with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable to fulfill obligations.
- Must be willing and able to practice adaptability, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach freely.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role and requires someone near OKC/Edmond, OK or Alpharetta, GA.
