Original Job Summary
Overview
The eLearning Specialist is responsible for the coordination, planning, and overall facilitation of the LMS Platform at Cennox.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assign online training courses to groups and individuals
- Manage individual learning paths
- Enroll and delete users within the LMS platform
- Work with departments to create and administer tailored courses
- Create and distribute PDF/Interactive Training Content
- Assist Training Manager with capturing and documenting legacy knowledge
- Support database and content management for Technician Support Portal and Training Matrix
- Handle additional projects as directed by the Training Manager or Director
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience with any eLearning platform
- Excellent attention to detail and problem reporting
- Good written communication and document interpretation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs
- Reliable, responsible, and adaptable with a growth mindset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Good hand/eye coordination, correctable vision to 20/20
- Finger dexterity for applicable tools
