Overview

The eLearning Specialist is responsible for the coordination, planning, and overall facilitation of the LMS Platform at Cennox.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assign online training courses to groups and individuals
  • Manage individual learning paths
  • Enroll and delete users within the LMS platform
  • Work with departments to create and administer tailored courses
  • Create and distribute PDF/Interactive Training Content
  • Assist Training Manager with capturing and documenting legacy knowledge
  • Support database and content management for Technician Support Portal and Training Matrix
  • Handle additional projects as directed by the Training Manager or Director

Skills And Requirements

  • Proven experience with any eLearning platform
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem reporting
  • Good written communication and document interpretation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs
  • Reliable, responsible, and adaptable with a growth mindset

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Good hand/eye coordination, correctable vision to 20/20
  • Finger dexterity for applicable tools
