As the Portfolio Manager Advanced Placement & Electives, you will create product strategy, lead product development, and drive the success of the Social Sciences Advanced Placement and Electives portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Lead a profitable product line and develop strategic business plans.
- Use data to shape market-informed proposals and strategic decisions.
- Translate priorities into organized end-to-end development plans.
- Establish key customer relationships and anticipate competitor activities.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and other functional teams for product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
The PM will develop hypotheses, test ideas, analyze market trends, and guide product design decisions based on data. You will manage budgets, resources, and performance goals while ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery. Responsibilities include making presentations at internal and external events and sharing best practices across teams.
Skills & Experience
- Creative problem solving with a strong customer focus.
- Experience in educational technology and publishing.
- Strong communication, leadership, and financial analysis skills.
- BA/BS degree and minimum 5 years in product or portfolio management.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation
This role offers a competitive base pay range with additional incentive compensation. Base pay varies based on qualifications and experience.
