Technical Program Manager, Cybersecurity

The Team

Our Global Information Security organization at Celonis is responsible for security and trust. We approach security both offensively and defensively, continuously monitoring our global security posture and adapting to the ever-changing threat landscape. The Product and Enterprise Security team actively seeks talented subject matter experts in application, platform, and offensive security.

The Role

Join Celonis Product & Enterprise Security as a Technical Program Manager, Cybersecurity to unite teams and deliver on large-scale security programs. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate extensively with various Product & Enterprise Security teams, as well as the Engineering and Product organizations. Your primary focus will be defining and driving the execution of multiple work tracks to achieve program goals, expertly managing dependencies and mitigating risks. Acting as a crucial communication bridge, you will simplify complexity, eliminate ambiguity, and ensure initiatives remain on track.

The Work You'll Do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional security programs within Product and Enterprise Security domains.
• Influence, align, and coach teams through strategic and tactical situations.
• Deconstruct programs into manageable workstreams and coordinate efforts across functional areas to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables.
• Present and advocate complex business and technical concepts to Product & Enterprise Security Leadership.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment among multiple groups and diverse stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive project plans utilizing Jira, GSuite, and/or Excel, including setting timelines, defining milestones, assigning tasks, and managing risks to achieve joint success.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and empowerment to enable teams to thrive and innovate.
• Deliver clear, concise, and well-structured presentations that effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.

The Qualifications You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within SaaS software companies.
• Expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution, with the ability to accurately communicate program status, issues, dependencies, and risks to program stakeholders beyond Product & Enterprise Security.
• Highly proficient in Jira, demonstrating expertise in managing workflows, tracking issues, and optimizing team efficiency.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Familiarity with information security domains and/or knowledge of security fundamentals.
• Skilled in Google Suite, effectively managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.
• Proven ability to lead and independently own strategic programs across different domains and Product & Enterprise Security teams.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, self-sufficiency, and the ability to operate effectively in a fluid, ambiguous environment.
