The Team

Join our Customer Support Organization as an Intern Knowledge Management specialist. This internship offers hands-on experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology, enabling you to gain insights into knowledge management processes and tools.

The Role

  • Work with KCS methodologies and knowledge management systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within a global organization.
  • Develop analytical, communication, and project management skills.

The Work You’ll Do

  • Knowledge Quality Checks: Review knowledge articles and provide detailed feedback.
  • Process Adherence Reviews (PAR): Evaluate case-handling workflows and submit findings.
  • Knowledgebase Support: Assist with functionality questions, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  • Knowledgebase Administration: Help manage content and user access within the system.

The Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Interest or experience with the KCS Knowledge Management Methodology.
  • Familiarity with RightAnswers Knowledgebase, Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira Service Management, Celonis EMS, Slack is a plus.
  • Interest or understanding of IT Service Management/Customer Support and ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • 6 months part-time (25h/week) availability.
