The Team
Join our Customer Support Organization as an Intern Knowledge Management specialist. This internship offers hands-on experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology, enabling you to gain insights into knowledge management processes and tools.
The Role
- Work with KCS methodologies and knowledge management systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a global organization.
- Develop analytical, communication, and project management skills.
The Work You’ll Do
- Knowledge Quality Checks: Review knowledge articles and provide detailed feedback.
- Process Adherence Reviews (PAR): Evaluate case-handling workflows and submit findings.
- Knowledgebase Support: Assist with functionality questions, troubleshooting, and guidance.
- Knowledgebase Administration: Help manage content and user access within the system.
The Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Interest or experience with the KCS Knowledge Management Methodology.
- Familiarity with RightAnswers Knowledgebase, Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira Service Management, Celonis EMS, Slack is a plus.
- Interest or understanding of IT Service Management/Customer Support and ITIL processes.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- 6 months part-time (25h/week) availability.
