The Role: Senior Consultant, Supply Chain

As a Senior Services Consultant, you will join agile project teams to accelerate digital transformation and drive Celonis’ international expansion. You will work closely with customers to generate high-value use cases, perform data transformations, develop analyses, and derive business cases using advanced Celonis features including Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

The Work You'll Do

• Discover: Deliver optimal solutions by collaborating with customers to identify pain points.
• Design: Create analyses and execution apps integrating Machine Learning and Task Mining.
• Enhance: Facilitate workshops, quantify business potential, and implement Process Automation to streamline customer processes.
• Monitor: Implement KPIs and continuous improvement strategies for long-term success.

About You

You are customer-focused, passionate about advancing Process Mining technology, and have a growth mindset. You hold 4-7 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Improvement, and are proficient in SQL and/or programming languages like Python or R.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years working experience in related fields
• Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field

Compensation & Benefits

The role is based in New York with a base salary range of $117,000—$148,500 USD. Total compensation includes bonus/commission, equity, and benefits like health, dental, and 401k, along with generous PTO, hybrid working options, and more.
