Sales Director - Financial Services & Insurance

The Sales Director for Financial Services & Insurance is responsible for driving revenue growth within Enterprise accounts across North America. The role focuses on managing and developing a team dedicated to landing, maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing customers.

The Team & Role

  • Collaborate with direct and indirect sales teams and senior leaders.
  • Lead enterprise sales initiatives and deliver six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Engage with C-level executives and multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic account management and partner collaboration.
  • Coach and drive performance metrics, ensuring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise accounts.
  • Guide Account Executives through the full sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, including C-level leaders.
  • Oversee tailored solution pitches and ROI presentations.
  • Foster collaboration with Big 4, SaaS providers and industry partners.
  • Bridge cross-functional teams including marketing, product and customer success.

  • Proven leadership managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales and strategic selling.

Compensation & Location

This role is based in New York with a base salary range of $185,000—$200,000 USD. Compensation includes bonus/commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
