About Cell Signaling Technology (CST)

Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. (CST) is a worldwide leader in developing and commercializing antibodies, assays, and research tools. We are committed to fostering talent through initiatives like our Summer Internship Program.

The Business Development Internship offers students from surrounding communities and colleges a valuable, hands-on experience within our corporate and development team. Interns gain practical skills and insights from knowledgeable CST professionals. Many interns are invited to continue for consecutive years, and some even return as full-time employees after completing their degrees. This is a paid, full-time role, Monday-Friday, with an hourly wage of $17.00 - $18.00.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members of the corporate & development team on alliance management and other partner opportunities.
  • Provide support with financial analyses, market research, and/or business cases.
  • Execute a short-term, dedicated project (TBD).
  • Present one business journal article review to the team or a larger audience.
  • Deliver an incoming presentation on day one, introducing personal background, education, skills, experience, and future goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program with a Business focus; Graduate students are not eligible.
  • Possess a passion for business and the business of science.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to speak publicly.
  • Exhibit good analytical skills and fluency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Applications must include: A Resume, a link to a 60-second YouTube Video introducing yourself and describing how an internship at CST will contribute to your future goals, one Letter of Recommendation, and a Copy of an unofficial transcript.
  • Returning interns should apply with an updated copy of their resume only; no other application material is needed.
  • Letters of Recommendation and Unofficial Transcripts may be emailed to internships@cellsignal.com until January 27, 2026.
