Join the 'be normal' team as an Iberian Social Media Project Manager within a 3-person team reporting to the Brand department!

What You'll Be Doing:

Community Management for Iberian Markets:

• Respond to comments and private messages (DMs).
• Animate the community and foster engagement.
• Ensure adherence to brand image and editorial guidelines.
• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts for Spain & Portugal.

Content Creation:

1. For Iberian Markets:

• Translate and adapt content from France for Spanish and Portuguese markets.
• Adjust tone and cultural references for Spanish and Portuguese audiences.
• Conceptualize and create content specifically for the Spanish market.
• Produce engaging visuals, videos, reels, and texts.
• Participate in editorial brainstorming and key brand activations.

2. For France:

• Contribute to content creation for celio France's social networks.
• Support French social media teams in daily activations and events.

Reporting and Performance for Iberian Markets:

• Monitor KPIs for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts in Spain.
• Report performance in an Excel file.
• Analyze results and propose recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

You have significant experience of at least 3 years in Community Management. You are perfectly fluent in Spanish (C1 level) and possess excellent writing skills (in both French and Spanish!). Equipped with genuine technical expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, you have a perfect command of video editing tools (Capcut, Premiere Pro). Creative, organized, and rigorous, you are proactive and excel at making proposals.
