Your Environment

As a Cloud/DevOps Tech Lead within the Information Systems Department (DSI), reporting to the CELINE Cloud Operations & Architecture team, you will be essential for the reliability, performance, and evolution of our production environments. Your role and technical expertise will be crucial for maintaining our Cloud and DevOps systems in operational condition and continuously optimizing our processes. The Cloud/DevOps Tech Lead maintains, designs, develops, and manages robust, secure, scalable, dynamic, and highly available solutions to guarantee SLAs. "Automate everything!": Industrialize end-to-end delivery to minimize the Time-To-Deliver for environments on our Cloud platforms. You will work closely with application teams, support, infrastructure, and our outsourcing partners.

Your Contribution

Team Management and Technical Leadership

• Form and lead a team of engineers specialized in System, Cloud, and DevOps engineering.
• Ensure the operational maintenance (MCO) of Cloud infrastructure and applications, guaranteeing their high availability, performance, stability, and security.
• Act as a Level 3 Cloud/DevOps technical referent for resolving incidents and problems on System (Windows Server, Linux) and Cloud (Azure, GCP, Aliyun) environments, providing essential support to IT teams, partners, and application teams.

Cloud Expertise and Automation

• Actively participate in remediating security vulnerabilities on our Cloud resources (IaaS/PaaS).
• Serve as the primary contact for development and testing teams for Cloud automation, ensuring compliance with architectures, security standards, and CI/CD best practices defined on Azure DevOps.
• Strengthen application infrastructure automation using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and deploy complementary tools (Ansible, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Possess in-depth expertise in the application lifecycle, version control solutions (Git), and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Perform technical qualification of new use cases related to Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automation on GCP.

Operations Management and Continuous Improvement

• Participate in the implementation and execution of Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) tests, supporting application managers in their improvements.
• Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure technical aspects of production deployments.
• Capitalize on best practices and encourage a continuous improvement approach within the teams.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem management.

Strategy and Optimization

• Develop and evolve our MultiCloud strategy (Private Cloud, Azure, GCP, Aliyun) to ensure the agility, stability, and security of our infrastructures.
• Collaborate closely with Cloud Delivery Manager teams and project teams to define secure application architectures, in line with the LVMH group's directives.
• Propose cost optimization strategies (FinOps) and provide associated reports.
• Contribute to enriching our Cloud architecture and CI/CD repository, as well as technical documentation (DAT, DEX, DINS).
