Your Environment
Within the Operations Department, this apprenticeship has several objectives:
- Contribute to operational improvement projects for Sales Administration and logistics.
- Ensure the sharing and adherence to key processes for reliable management of orders, shipments, and quotas.
- Contribute to the implementation of tools and dashboards for operations management.
In support of the Sales Administration team of 14 people, you will have the opportunity to interact with various departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Data, Merchandising, Finance, and IT, and gain an understanding of the entire supply chain.
Your Contribution
In support of the Sales Administration team of 14 people, you will have the opportunity to interact with various departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Data, Merchandising, Finance, and IT, and gain an understanding of the entire supply chain. You will report to the Product Allocations and Quotas Manager and your missions will be varied and customer service oriented.
- Maintain the tool facilitating the analysis of end-of-collection data (orders and quotas).
- Collaborate on the creation of ad hoc Power BI dashboards for monitoring operations and KPIs.
- Facilitate the implementation of system evolutions and transformation projects (creation of support materials, feedback collection, adaptations, ...) especially within the ERP change project.
- Audit existing business processes for simplification and automation, aiming for efficiency gains and better business support.
- Provide support in distribution operations worldwide for all product categories: Order portfolio management in the ERP and necessary updates to align with international market evolutions; Shipment flow management.
