Celestica Global Marketing Communications Manager

Celestica is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join a committed and inspired marketing communications team supporting our Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS) organization. The role involves developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives to drive business objectives.

Marketing Communications

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with CCS business objectives.
  • Execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns using digital and traditional tactics.
  • Manage trade show/event strategy including planning, logistics, and content development.
  • Create collateral such as blogs, articles, web pages, videos, and brochures.
  • Support CCS Sales teams with sales enabling tools and content for proposals and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including agency management.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics using Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Website

  • Develop website content and ensure timely publication of blogs, articles, white papers, etc.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website analytics to optimize user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and industry news for content improvement.
  • Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is required.

Social Media

  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to execute comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Employ tools like Google Analytics and social media dashboards to track performance.
  • Utilize illustrative tools such as Canva for content creation.
  • Follow e-accessibility standards for social media content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Proven ability to develop integrated marketing communications programs.
  • Strong understanding of website development, content management systems, and web analytics.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience managing agency/vendor relationships.
  • Experience in the technology industry and B2B communications is a definite asset.

Physical Demands & Travel

  • Primarily office-based with extended computer use.
  • Occasional travel to the US and other regions.
