Finance Management Trainee Program

The Finance Management Trainee Program at Celeros Flow Technology is a one-year rotational program designed to develop recent graduates into successful Finance professionals. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of Celeros products and the finance department through diverse rotations.

Program Rotations and Development

Rotations are determined by business needs and may include areas such as Global Shared Service Accounts Payable, OTC, Treasury, and FP&A. The program is structured to provide participants with hands-on experience and the chance to build a valuable network for early career personal and professional growth.

On-the-Job Training and Evaluation

Upon joining, trainees will receive an induction into their assigned departments and comprehensive on-the-job training. Managers will assign tasks and projects, with timely evaluations conducted by mentors. A final evaluation will take place after the one-year training period. Successful completion of the program leads to confirmation as an employee, with departmental placement based on assessed skillset.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Adept at understanding and learning multiple financial domain aspects.
• Self-motivated with quick learning attributes and attention to detail.
• Time and task-oriented, collaborative, and a strong team player.
• High proficiency in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mandatory Education and Certification

• MBA in Finance / M.Com from a recognized Indian university or institute (full-time, regular course).
• A minimum of 70% marks in 10th, 12th, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees is mandatory.
• Only 2025 and 2026 pass-outs are eligible to apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Certification/Diploma/training in finance modules or SAP is preferred.
