QA Analyst - Cegid Lyon

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an integrated member of our QA Analyst team in Lyon, you will focus on our Payroll software. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and monitoring functional test plans (manual and/or automated).
- Writing and executing test scenarios.
- Creating documentation (version sheets, online help, technical documentation, FAQs, etc.).
- Acceptance testing for major and corrective releases.
- Providing support to Customer Support.
- Diagnosing and qualifying correction requests.
- Assisting pilot clients to ensure smooth general rollout.
- Participating in defining acceptance criteria for development.
- Contributing to team organization.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Can enrich existing functional analysis.
- Are proficient in the functional or technical aspects of SaaS products.
- Can adapt communication to different situations, objectives, and interlocutors, using appropriate methods and documenting their work.
- Can collaborate effectively with other company departments and partners, lead presentations or meetings, and possess strong writing skills.
Valuable Knowledge:
The following are considered assets:
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge or experience in software quality processes.
- Familiarity with or experience in business solution environments, such as Payroll.
