Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an integrated member of our QA Analyst team in Lyon, you will focus on our Payroll software. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and monitoring functional test plans (manual and/or automated).
• Writing and executing test scenarios.
• Creating documentation (version sheets, online help, technical documentation, FAQs, etc.).
• Acceptance testing for major and corrective releases.
• Providing support to Customer Support.
• Diagnosing and qualifying correction requests.
• Assisting pilot clients to ensure smooth general rollout.
• Participating in defining acceptance criteria for development.
• Contributing to team organization.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who:

• Can enrich existing functional analysis.
• Are proficient in the functional or technical aspects of SaaS products.
• Can adapt communication to different situations, objectives, and interlocutors, using appropriate methods and documenting their work.
• Can collaborate effectively with other company departments and partners, lead presentations or meetings, and possess strong writing skills.

Valuable Knowledge:

The following are considered assets:

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• Knowledge or experience in software quality processes.
• Familiarity with or experience in business solution environments, such as Payroll.
