Your Missions:

Integrated into our QA Analyst Team for Our Payroll Software and Based in Lyon, Your Missions Will Be:

• Develop and monitor functional test plans (manual and/or automatic).
• Write and execute test scenarios.
• Produce documentation (version sheet, online help, technical documentation, FAQ...).
• Accept major and corrective versions.
• Provide support to Customer Support.
• Diagnose and qualify correction requests.
• Support pilot clients to stabilize general deployment.
• Participate in defining the acceptance criteria for what will be developed, participate in team organization.

Candidate Profile:

• You know how to enrich existing functional analysis.
• You master the functional or technical areas of SaaS products.
• You know how to adapt your communication to situations, objectives, and stakeholders by mobilizing adequate resources and documenting your work.
• You know how to cooperate with other company departments and partners, lead presentations or meetings, and you demonstrate strong writing skills.

Knowledge That Is a Plus:

• An ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Experience in the SaaS world.
• Knowledge or experience in the quality process of software.
• Knowledge in the universe of business solutions such as Payroll.
