Role Overview
The IT & Governance Manager EU leads and coordinates technology audits and business resilience projects across Ceffu’s operations. You will collaborate with developers, security, and compliance teams to plan, execute, and deliver IT initiatives related to blockchain, digital asset custody, and fintech services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage technology audits for compliance.
- Develop strategies for business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Serve as liaison among technical teams, auditors, and regulators.
- Identify technology risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Prepare reports on audit results and risk assessments.
- Oversee IT project lifecycles ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with EU regulatory frameworks and security best practices.
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Solutions teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in ICT management in fintech or blockchain.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
- Proven leadership in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
- Solid understanding of blockchain, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with EU financial regulations related to digital assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital asset custody, crypto exchanges, or DeFi platforms.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC II Type I/II, GDPR, DORA, and MiCA.
