Join CEF.AI as a Founder's Associate, a high-agency and tech-savvy generalist who works side-by-side with the CEO and founding team. This role encompasses driving growth, streamlining operations, and shaping the company from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Enablement: Drive marketing and sales, track progress, and coordinate campaigns.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support recruiting efforts from sourcing to closing top talent.
  • Operations Excellence: Own internal workflow improvements including scheduling and process optimization.
  • Knowledge Building: Contribute to content development for website, marketing, and social channels.
  • People Operations: Assist in HR workflows and maintain smooth team coordination.
  • Project Leadership: Manage projects and timelines ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Strategic Partnership: Grow into a right-hand role for the CEO by providing insights and execution support.

Requirements

Applicants should have 1–5 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment. Experience in at least one area such as recruiting, operations, project management, or marketing/sales is essential. A deep familiarity with modern AI tools, Notion, and digital workflows is required, along with a highly organized, proactive and curious mindset.

Location & Work Arrangement

The role is based in Berlin and is available for an in-office/hybrid setup.
